When I start up ds708 it comes us with "open log file error with error code: 3 What does this mean? -

I am also trying to do an update but it says "disk full while accessing/storage card/scan/authorization1.txt." I bought an 8 scandisk but it wont work????? -

Well, now the card you are saying is the 8G Sandish you just bought? You have don't a complete update for this new card through our DS708 Update program in your computer or through the "update" icon on DS708? -

Reply to 3 floor: My first question is what is code error #3? This error comes on when I turn the machine on and it's with my original 4g sandish. Then when I try to update it says my card is full so I tried putting in a new card but it says the card is wrong or no good. No I don't have a complete update for the new card....how do I get it? -

Well, you got this error code because something is wrong in the update. Now you want to change to another 8G card, it is fine. Just format the card first to make sure it is clean, then use our DS708 update program to do the update as usual. Well I have to remind you: to do a back up card will several hours to install all vehicle programs.
